Spirit of Place Mediation is where I guide business owners and visionaries in establishing and maintaining right relationship across the entire relational ecosystem of their business: with the physical space itself, with the spirits of place, with employees, with the work's purpose and how it actually operates day to day.

This isn't something I do for you—it's work you learn to carry yourself. I support you through the process of seeing where extraction and domination patterns show up in how your business runs, and developing the capacity to sustain right relationship instead. This requires your own self-knowledge work. You can't establish authentic relationship with place and people while operating from unexamined patterns.

This is cultural guardianship within commercial structures. It's the ancient practice of tending spirits of place—like the gratitude offered at bathhouses in ancient times to infuse deeper healing into the waters—applied to the full scope of how a business functions. When the relational ecosystem is tended, people feel it: ease, welcome, alignment. Communication flows. Intent is understood. Collaboration becomes natural.
